At the heart of the experience is one of Florida’s most impressive wine collections, featuring more than 125 wines available by the glass and over 90 wines rated 90 points or higher. Guests can explore celebrated wineries, boutique producers, rare selections, and highly allocated wines from around the world.

Through the use of our Coravin wine preservation system, guests enjoy the freedom to experience premium and ultra-premium wines by the glass that are rarely available without purchasing an entire bottle.

Beyond the wine, Bin 39 offers a welcoming courtyard atmosphere where live music, conversation, hospitality, and culinary offerings come together to create memorable experiences. Guests can enjoy artisan charcuterie boards, specialty cheeses, warm Brie bites, freshly baked baguettes, hummus and pita, fresh crudités, and a variety of other delights thoughtfully selected to complement the wine experience.
