Sip Out Loud
Sip Out Loud is a new evening tradition in St. Augustine — wine, culinary artistry, live music, and storytelling, poured out in the courtyard of Bin 39. It was born from an idea by St. George Inn owner Irving Kass, created as a complement to the city's beloved Sing Out Loud Festival, and designed to become a recurring celebration held multiple times a year.
The inaugural Sip Out Loud takes place September 24, 2026, from 5:00–8:00 PM, right here at Bin 39 — the St. George Inn's own wine bar and courtyard. Guests will move through four wine stations featuring exceptional pours, meet Marta Rich, Proprietress of Talisman Wines, and enjoy a progressive tasting menu from some of St. Augustine's most acclaimed chefs, all set against live music and local art.
Sip Out Loud isn't about volume — it's about authenticity, story, and connection. It reflects the same character Irving and the St. George Inn team have built into this property for over two decades: refined, personal, and rooted in St. Augustine.
