Sip Out Loud is a wine, food and culture event series created by Bin 39, the wine bar at St. George Inn in historic St. Augustine. Every event celebrates what makes our city special: exceptional wine, talented local chefs, live music, working artists, and a community that knows how to gather.
An Unforgettable Debut
On September 24, 2026, the first Sip Out Loud filled the courtyard at Bin 39. All evening, guests told us the same thing: it felt like a world-class event from one of the world's great cities, right here at home.
That success belongs to our community. Chefs, musicians, artists, sponsors, guests, and the hospitality students of Flagler College came together to show what St. Augustine can do.
Coming in 2027
Because of that response, Bin 39 is creating two new signature weekends. Events will take place at venues across St. Augustine. St. George Inn will serve as headquarters, and Bin 39 will be part of every event, with select experiences hosted here on property.
